4. Order Cancellations & Urgent Modifications

If you discover an error, please email our support team immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Cancel/Modify Order [Your Order Number]". 5. Delayed, Lost, or Disputed Deliveries

    • Allow an additional 24 to 48 hours. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely when loading their local delivery trucks.
