⚠️ Sanitary and Consumer Health Exception: Water filters are health-sensitive and sanitary-regulated commodities. For strict consumer safety and water hygiene reasons, any filter that has been unsealed, had its protective plastic wrapping punctured, or has been inserted/installed into a refrigerator water receiver socket is strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your package arrives physically broken, crushed, cracked, leaking, or structurally damaged due to harsh courier transit conditions, we accept total responsibility. We will issue a 100% full financial refund or dispatch an immediate product replacement at zero cost to you.

To initiate an in-transit damage claim safely and rapidly, please execute the following verification steps:

  • Seller Error Responsibility: If the return is caused by our error (e.g., we inadvertently dispatched an incorrect filter model variation or the item arrived damaged), HealthySip Filters will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and supply a prepaid postal shipping label.
  • Buyer Choice Responsibility: If the return or exchange is initiated due to buyer-side preferences, alterations, or purchasing errors (e.g., you changed your mind, no longer need the filters, or mistakenly selected the wrong filter model specification for your refrigerator brand), the buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs and logistical arrangements.

Logistics Notice: When returning items under buyer responsibility, we strongly advise utilizing a reliable carrier service that provides a verifiable tracking number (such as USPS First Class or Priority Mail). HealthySip Filters cannot issue credit notes for returned packages that are lost, misrouted, or stolen inside the carrier network prior to arriving at our receiving facility.
